Without Precision Bridge, customers often spend many weeks or months manually working through data exports in spreadsheets to format data ready for loading into Service Now. This approach is slow, expensive and prone to human error. Precision Bridge automates the whole process using a plug-and-play, fully configurable data mapping user interface whch automatically transfers and converts the data into the correct format whilst maintaining data integrity.
Following the initial migration, customers have the option to schedule regular data syncs at a configurable frequency in cases where both legacy and new applications are still in use. This ensures that the applications are fully synchronised with no loss of data until such time that the legacy system can be de-commissioned.
Migration of application data from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow either as a one-off or regular data-sync. Automates the migration of companies, locations, departments, cost centers, users, user roles, user groups, CMDB, Knowledge, Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalog applications from any BMC Remedy server to your ServiceNow instance. Supported by pre-built migration templates with all applications tables and fields pre-mapped with the option to customise to include custom forms and custom fields if required.
