The ITSM Mobile Agent app delivers mobile-first experiences for agents to triage and resolve incidents on the go. Mobile Agent also lets you collaborate across channels such as Zoom, Twilio, Slack, and MS Teams right within the app.
The app boosts agent productivity with an intuitive interface to manage work, view schedules, check who is on-call, and respond to major incidents.
The ITSM Mobile Agent app allows you to:
- Easily access and manage incidents and change tasks, and approve catalog tasks assigned to you or your teams.
- Manage schedules using the ITSM Mobile Agent application for Workforce Optimization for ITSM.
- View on-call shifts, team schedules, manage time-off requests, and check who is on-call for your team.
- Act on time-off requests and review on-call gaps and conflicts to provide coverage.
- Act on approval requests using swipe actions.
- Monitor your team's performance and workload using dashboards.
- Propose or promote an incident to a major incident.
- Create a quick incident.
- View and join a Twilio call, Zoom, or MS Teams meeting for an incident, incident task, or a major incident.
- Use Slack as a channel for incident responses.
- View alert details related to an incident.
- Receive push notifications on your mobile.
- Receive actionable notifications on your mobile.

- To manage conference calls from a major incident:
- Install and activate the Notify plugin (com.snc.notify).
- Ensure that the system has Twilio/Zoom apps installed.
- To use domain separation on mobile:
- Install and activate the Domain Separation plugin.
- All domain support features are activated with a plugin called Domain Support — Domain Extensions Installer. Administrators can request activation of this plugin.
