Voice input for Now Assist introduces intuitive voice-to-text capabilities within the Now Assist panel, enabling hands-free interaction. This feature enhances accessibility and user experience by enabling users to dictate messages instead of typing.
- Microphone activation: A microphone icon appears in the Now Assist panel when voice input is enabled in the additional chat features.
- Chat integration and transcription: Users speak into their microphone and the audio is sent to a third-party transcription service. The transcribed text is automatically inserted into the Now Assist panel chat input box.
- Accessibility and usability: Designed to support users with limited mobility or visual impairments, while also improving speed and ease of use for all users.

As of the Zurich Patch 4 release, Voice input is automatically activated when the Now Assist panel is activated. It is now configured in the Additional chat features and not as a user preference.
