Now Assist for Talent Development provides users with the ability to take advantage of the latest generative AI features and functionalities available in the Talent Development product portfolio. By integrating advanced AI capabilities, this feature empowers users to streamline processes, gain deeper insights, and personalize their development journeys with unprecedented precision.
With Now Assist for Talent Development, users will be able to:
- Generate Actionable Insights: Analyze performance data to produce customized development recommendations tailored to individual skills, goals, and career trajectories.
- Enhance Learning Experiences: Create dynamic, AI-curated learning paths and training materials aligned with organizational and personal objectives.
- Growth Plan Generation: Allows users to enter their goals/interests in text form and then generate a personalized, structured growth plan for them to achieve their objectives. This enables users to start their growth journeys more efficiently and accurately, while making sure the activities and learning courses provided are tailored to individual users.
- Employee feedback collection AI agent: Allows managers to collect feedback and track feedback requests. This agent recommends collaborators from Employee Profile, Growth Experiences apps, journeys from Employee Journey Management, and also suggests frequent collaborators from Microsoft Graph.
Now Assist introduced AI on the platform. As that experience has evolved, there's a new name for the experience. ServiceNow Otto is the conversational AI platform integrated into ServiceNow workflows. It provides agentic capabilities, supports multimodal interactions across web, mobile, and messaging channels, and enables autonomous orchestration for cross-system workflows.
In this version, Now Assist for Talent app has been renamed to ServiceNow Otto for Talent.
