The ServiceNow® Workplace Service Delivery Components application has built-in seismic components. It enhances employee experience while using the Workplace Service Delivery capabilities throughout various application touchpoints.
Workplace Service Delivery Components has Seismic components used by Microsoft Outlook Add-in application for workplace reservations. You can do the following:
- Enter search criteria, and get the search result.
- View a summary overview.
- Select, add, and update services.
The release notes of the related plugins can be viewed on the respective plugin's release notes.
- The Workplace Core (sn_wsd_core) plugin must be installed
- The Workplace Reservation Management plugin must be installed.
- The Workplace Calendar Synchronization plugin must be installed.
- The Workplace Reservations for Microsoft Outlook Add-in plugin must be installed.
- The System Admin (admin) role is required to install the application.
