Never spend to much time on your Request Process. Codeless Catalog Automation (CCA) will help you with creating complex Request Processes with a no-/low code mentality. Changing the process from Workflow-Driven to Data-Driven!
Do you have the requirement to have Approvals and Tasks created based on conditions? CCA will let you configure your requirements without using any complex scripting. This will also help protect your in-flight tickets. Any configuration changes are only affecting new Request Items.

General Changes

- Updated: Installation Document has been updated to the latest version.
- Fixed: Order of execution of steps when combining multiple Action Plans.
- This might result in existing plans running in a difference sequence. See below for more information.
Conditional Task Changes
- New: Support for 'Service Model' field selection when using the 'Catalog Item' field when type set to 'Service Model'
- Renamed: 'Business Service' to 'Service' to align with ServiceNow naming.
- Fixed: Field 'Catalog Variable' will now show correctly when required.
- Fixed: Tasks are now correctly assigned to the group when using:
- Service Model: Catalog Item
- Catalog Item
Notes:
When a Catalog Item has more then 1 Action Plan, the order of the Action Plan was not taken into account. This resulted in incorrect execution order. The order was decided by the Conditional Step order. With this update it will first look at the Action Plan order and then the Conditional Step order. This means that version 1.4.2 might have a different execution order then 1.5.0. Take this into account before upgrading!

- A new Action Plan step has been introduced to let the RITM wait untill configurations match.
- Introducing 'Scripted Condition'.
- If the condition builder is not sufficient for your case, you can create and use scripts to make a complex condition.
- Introducing 'Configurable Batch Size'.
- By default CCA creates max 5 steps in 1 order. Now it is possible to change the batch size on the Action Plan itself.
Fixes
- Scheduled Plan Execution
- When creating a Scheduled Plan Execution without advance scripting, the trigger won't work. This has been fixed.
- Calendar Duration for Tasks.
- When configuring a duration on a conditional task, this was not populated on the catalog task. Now it is working again.
