Importmate is a ServiceNow application that streamlines the creation of Knowledge articles from existing documents (Word, PDF, etc.). Drop your files, pick a Knowledge Base and Category, and Importmate handles conversion, image inlining, publishing, and attachment upload. In bulk and in parallel.

- Automated document-to-HTML conversion — Documents are converted to clean, ServiceNow-ready HTML.
- Inline images — Embedded images are automatically inlined as base64 into the article body, so no additional asset hosting is required.

Other Requirements:Document conversion is performed by SwissFlowIt's managed cloud service, with an active subscription included in the license. No additional software, infrastructure, or licenses are required on the customer side.
Documents are transmitted over TLS-encrypted channels and processed ephemerally. SwissFlowIt does not retain document content after conversion. All resulting knowledge articles and original attachments are stored exclusively in your ServiceNow instance.
