A guidance is a flexible entity for defining an action (using a subflow) and the information pertaining to that action. A guidance is used in a Guided Decision or a Recommended Action that enables the agent to execute the action.
- Guidance input and output variables help the guidance to be dynamic given the context.
- Define a preview experience for the guidance when it is rendered as a recommendation.
- Primary and secondary calls to action help agents complete related tasks.
