The Microsoft 365 for ServiceNow Reporting (sn_esg_msoff_intg) integration enables reporting managers to create reports directly in Microsoft Word using data from Operational Sustainability Management. It supports list reports, charts, pivot reports, and multi-pivot reports, making it easy to generate disclosure-ready documents. An audit trail is automatically created, linking report data to its source records in ServiceNow. Auditors can verify information by selecting embedded links that open the original data in ServiceNow.
- Add ServiceNow data, reports, tables, and charts to reports and format them as needed.
- Establish an auditable link between reports and ServiceNow data.
- View an inventory of ServiceNow data links in a report.
- Refresh inserted data to keep reports synchronized with the latest ServiceNow data.
- Track data inserted into a document through the add-in.
