This integration spoke gives you the ability to manage subscriptions for Sales and Customer Service products that are available in the Dynamics Customer Engagement application. This includes plans such as Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise or Professional and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise or Professional.
In the later releases, we plan to enhance this functionality to include Dynamics 365 ERP Products as well as the entire breadth of products under Microsoft 365.
It includes managing user subscription that includes:
Download Subscriptions:
1. Look up subscribed SKUs: Lists all licenses subscribed by the organization.
2. Look up Users: Lists all users in the organization.
Activity Tracking:
Activity subflow tracks all activities in Dynamics 365 using the audit log for a product and activity pointer.
