It enables NHO Coordinators to manage orientation meetings efficiently through a set of enhanced UI actions, including the ability to refresh meeting details and send invites directly to attendees.The platform automatically pre-populates NHO meeting details based on the new hire’s scheduled entry date and associated child schedule, ensuring accuracy in attendee inclusion. New hires can confirm their attendance through a dedicated ServiceNow portal page during their orientation period.Additional improvements include configurable list view columns, simplified navigation, and feedback-driven updates to meeting notifications, helping coordinators and new hires stay informed and organized throughout the onboarding process.
