Through its native integration with ServiceNow’s Localization Framework, content can be routed for both human and real-time machine translation with just a few clicks. This ensures high-quality TMS-driven translations and facilitates smooth translation process.
The solution provides end-to-end integration between ServiceNow’s Localization Framework and TransPerfect GlobalLink's translation memory system via secure REST APIs. Translation requests can be automatically submitted, tracked, and retrieved without leaving the ServiceNow environment. Delivered as a scoped application within the ServiceNow instance, the spoke is designed to be store-ready and adheres to ServiceNow’s certified app patterns, security standards, and development best practices.
