End User can submit an Idea by login and navigating to service portal. After logging successfully to the portal, welcome page would appear. There would be different tabs and links displayed in home page. Each link will take user to a different page. End user will click on I-Ignite to submit an Idea.
Idea Submission Policy
All End users are eligible to submit an Idea via portal by providing all the details available in the form.
End User can relate a problem statement for Idea Submission.
Problem Submission Policy
Problem can be submitted by delivery head/business unit head only via portal by providing all the details available in the problem statement form.
End User can create a problem statement from the idea form.
Idea Ownership Policy
Idea Manager will be owning the Idea till completion.
The purpose of the I-Ignite portal Implementation is to guide the users to view, submit, vote, subscribe to ideas and manage the submitted ideas. This portal also enables idea managers to create or review the problem statement in addition to submitted ideas. In addition, users and idea managers can collaborate using comments to discuss and exchange information on ideas and problems, assess the demand of an idea from the number of votes, receive notification for any state change and meeting invitations to review the ideas, and be informed of the progress via dashboards.
