Strategic Portfolio Management - Planning attribute core provides the framework for defining and configuring attributes of resources and tasks to be used for resource management and project financials.

- Resource board in Demand records. Demand Managers and users can access the "Resources" tab within Demand records to view and manage resource assignments.
- Resource Managers receive smart default end dates when ending assignments. When ending a resource assignment, the End Assignment modal now automatically calculates a default end date based on current date, start date, actuals, and the associated task's planned end date.

- Errors are displayed during resource assignment operations if assignments are not aligned with the associated task. The system checks for planning item dates and alignment, ensuring assignments remain consistent with task details.
- "Realign assignments to demand" function to correctly handle assignment, realignment, addressing previous issues with timezone handling, and to check actuals.
