ServiceNow® Workplace Maintenance Management enables workplace maintenance planners to plan for preventive maintenance for facilities assets (chairs, etc) and soft services (house-keeping, etc). Capture corrective or reactive maintenance issues like spills, messes, or other breaks in workplace locations. Provides visibility into preventive versus corrective cases and associated trends to facilitate better decision making.
- Create preventive maintenance plans for enterprise assets and workplace locations. Perform maintenance planning in your workplace like house-keeping.
- View preventive maintenance cases as an outcome of preventive maintenance planning in the Overview tab. The Overview tab is a focus area for maintenance planners to maximize the information in one viewport.
- Assess preventive versus corrective maintenance cases for the current month in a personalized landing page for maintenance planners.
