Standalone Application
Displays an informational icon and message within a UIB config panel section. It exists as a custom Seismic web component because UIB config panels can only render custom content through registered components. Standard HTML cannot be injected into their predefined section slots.
- Accepts a metadata property (set via api.updateInterfaceMetadata() in a scripted config policy) containing the text to display, allowing dynamic messaging without modifying the component.
- Renders nothing when metadata.text is empty, no placeholder space in the panel.
- Pairs a circle-info-outline icon with the message text, with the icon pinned top for multi-line alignment.
- Exposes --sn-par-config-panel-section-message-margin-x for host-controlled horizontal margin.

- Scheduled Exports: Improved validation messaging when attempting to save without completing mandatory fields.
