The ServiceNow Integration App for Entra ID Entitlement Management enables organizations to request and approve access to Access Packages directly within their ServiceNow environment. With this integration, users can request access to access packages through ServiceNow, and approvers can approve requests within ServiceNow. Microsoft Entra ID Entitlement Management processes the request, enforces policies (such as approvals, expiration) and provisions access automatically.
