Fujitsu Citizen Services Hub, a collaboration between ServiceNow and Fujitsu, provides government agencies with a platform, workflows, and Gen AI Solutions to manage requests and meet citizens' needs, breaking down technology and business process silos, enabling teams, systems, and platforms to deliver efficient citizen services. The Citizen Services Hub allows agencies to manage in-person events, citizen registration, and vendor onboarding including permit, certificate management and payments. It also provides AI support for managing complex processes and Gen AI to supercharge council and department customer service agents’ ability to respond and facilitate citizen services.
