The blendX Experimentation Management module allows you to manage proof of concept projects and joint experiments in a structured way, with monitoring of metrics and KPIs, and a project milestone evaluation process.
Each proof of concept proposal has its own dedicated personal data sheet, with detailed information such as the scope of reference, Business Units involved, owner, timeline, progress status, additional documentation, estimated costs and actual costs, etc.
Also in this case, it is possible to foresee a structured evaluation flow aimed at approving or rejecting proof of concept proposals, with possible intermediate evaluations to monitor project performance at each milestone.
It focuses on managing experimentation and "proof of concept" activities in an organization by helping innovators, managements to document, track, report and work on POC's aiding innovation in systematic manner using creater workflows. The application is custom solution dedicated for Experimentation Management in an organization.

This release addresses feedback from the ServiceNow Store certification review. No new user-facing functionality — stability and compliance fixes only.
- Cleaned up leftover privileges from our internal testing tooling that had been mistakenly included in the package.
- Redesigned the automatic role-assignment rule to be fully opt-in: it now does nothing unless an administrator explicitly enables it via a system property, and it only evaluates when relevant data actually changes.
- Added a one-time synchronization job to bring existing users up to date once the automatic role assignment is enabled.
- Removed legacy client-side scripts that hid form elements via direct page manipulation; the same behavior is now handled natively by the platform.
- Fixed an inactive UI Policy so the NoC3 field is correctly read-only for Technology Team roles, as originally intended.
- Fixed a scope-configuration issue affecting a small number of internal access-control records (no impact on application behavior).
The application consumes custom tables and is compatible with Xanadu and upcoming releases. The following are system requirements for running the application.

- In case of certain features it requires Innovation (Idea) Management application to be installed
- 5 custom tables are required for installing and running the application
- Employee Service Center should be active on the ServiceNow instance
- Email Engine should be active on the ServiceNow instance
- Outbound emails should be allowed from ServiceNow instance
