OmniVault enables organizations to securely back up, monitor, and manage ServiceNow data using Snowflake-powered storage and integration capabilities. OmniVault allows teams to track data synchronization activity, gain visibility into historical records, and prioritize critical data assets within a single application, all while providing an intuitive user experience for administrators and operational teams. This application is intended to be used by ServiceNow customers to connect and provide an additional user interface to OmniVault which will improve data governance, operational resilience, and compliance readiness across their ServiceNow environment.
- Omni Dashboard – Provides administrators with a centralized interface to manage ServiceNow data backups and OmniVault integration
- Backup Coverage Monitoring – Displays real-time visibility into backed-up tables, data coverage percentages, records imported in the last day, and last successful backup times from OmniVault to support operational awareness
- Dynamic Table Configuration – Enables administrators to easily configure which ServiceNow tables are included in OmniVault's backup, synchronization, and other processes
- Omni Config – Offers quick visibility into OmniVault configuration settings to help administrators validate integration setup and operational status as well as perform initial setup via low-code processes
