Any user with an internal role can use this editor at runtime to create a dashboard in a workspace.

- Can add data visualizations from Visualization Library, maintained by privileged users.
- Can seamlessly open the visualization editor to create a data visualization on the fly.
- Can also add other components including filters, headers, images, simple lists, and rich text.
- Can share with users, groups, and roles. Share either view-only or with editing rights and control whether the recipient can share further.
