AI Chat
AI Chat enables you to find information from the internet and within the ServiceNow instance. It can search sources like the knowledge base, catalog items, and record producers. Additionally, you can configure it to search from tasks or any other table you choose to include.
AI Translation Service
AI Translation Service allows you to translate any records within ServiceNow, either using translated fields (e.g., catalog items) or by creating separate records for each translation (e.g., knowledge base articles). You can also define multi-level translation jobs to translate entire custom applications into supported languages. Note that you need to have languages enabled in ServiceNow to use the translation features, and it will utilize this information to translate into all ServiceNow-supported languages.
AI Code Review Service
AI Code Review Service lets you send your ServiceNow script includes or widgets to OpenAI for review. It checks for errors, problems, or suggestions to enhance your code. You can discuss your code with AI to find solutions to your issues or to get unstuck when you're having trouble creating the code.
