ServiceNow Gateway acts as the secure tunnel endpoint, routing data requests between the platform and the customer's private network.
No ports need to be opened on the customer side — all communication is initiated from within the customer's environment.
Once the tunnel is established, ZCC connectors can query on-premises data sources within the Workflow Data Fabric.
