Easily add automated notifications to your custom applications with the Flow Templates for notifications application. Rather than creating a new flow from scratch, users can choose the relevant template in App Engine Studio and follow the guided screens to create a new flow. These templates leverage IntegrationHub spokes to notify external systems and are applicable for a range of use cases.
Setup screens guide you and indicate what information is required. Flows generated from templates provide additional explanations and can be customized as needed. The templates all have pre-defined flow triggers, but you can add additional conditions to control when notifications are sent.
Templates:
- Notify a workspace when an Incident is created.
- Triggered when a new Incident is created. The flow sends Incident details along with the message you provide to the recipient(s) you choose.
- Spokes: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Cisco Webex Teams, Twilio, Gmail, Email
- Notify a workspace when a Task is created in any Task Table.
- Triggered when a record is created in the Task table/Task table extension you choose. The flow sends Task details to the recipient(s) you choose.

- Notify a workspace when a Task is created or updated in any Task table.
- Triggered when a record is created or updated in the Task table/Task table extension you choose. The flow sends Task details to the recipient(s) you choose.

- Send a Platform Notification when a record is created
- Triggered when a new record is created. The flow sends a Platform Notification to the recipient(s) you choose.

- Create a Slack Channel and Zoom Meeting when a Major Incident is Created
- Triggered when a major incident is created or an incident is upgraded to major. The flow adds the watch list and assigned users to a Slack channel and starts a Zoom meeting. The flow also fires when the major incident is canceled and deletes the channel.
