Enable operators to visualize relationships between Configuration Items (CIs) and alerts with real-time updates and detailed impact paths. Enhance troubleshooting and proactive management by quickly identifying root causes and dependencies for both discovered and application services.
Introducing the new Unified Service Map for AIOps use cases: View the topology of services and investigate how specific alerts impact them.
-
-
- Display the impacted path of any alert, enabling you to quickly assess its impact on a service.
- Navigate between alerts impacting your service via the new panel: Impact path.
- View Service topology: Investigate a wider view of the service topology on the service map for up to 250 CIs regardless of alerts.
- Depending on the size of the service, the unified map either shows the full map (if it contains up to 60 CIs) or an Impact Path leading to the most critical alert (for maps with over 60 CIs). For large maps, you can reveal more CIs by clearing the existing selection and navigating to the "Show more nodes" optimization option.
-
- New
- Adding the option to pin an alert at the top to the Impact path panel, so users can focus on it and find it easily.
- Allowing users to navigate from a specific alert in Express List to the impact path of that specific alert in the Service Map Monitoring (using the link for the Service map from the impacted service found on the Preview Panel)
