The new request portal empowers users to:
- Order a variety of OOB cloud resources directly from the Employee Center, including Linux/Windows VMs, Load balancers, Firewalls, Azure Functions, Scalable web servers, DynamoDB databases, and S3 Storage Buckets amongst many more
- Publish existing CPG catalog items to the Employee Center for unified resource management.

- Implemented Read-Only Field Remediation by introducing a new ChoiceList, 'read_only_option,' to replace the previous 'read_only' field (which was prone to unauthorized client-side updates). This change prevents client-side manipulation of read-only fields and significantly mitigates security risks across all applications.
