The Embrava Desk Sign is a sleek hardware device that sits at a desk or workplace and syncs with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery, bringing digital mapping to life. With employee check-in, workplace data collection, and availability display all in one device, the Embrava Desk Sign provides everything needed to optimize your hybrid workplace.
Atop the Desk Sign is an LED light that changes color depending on the status of the desk or workplace: green for ‘available’, yellow for ‘reserved’, red for ‘in-use’, and purple for ‘requires cleaning’ or any custom state. The touch screen on the front on the Desk Sign displays the name of the employee who has booked the workplace for the duration of their booking. Giving employees a sense of ownership of their flex desk and enabling colleagues to easily identify each other, Desk Sign’s digital name plate is vital.
Beyond making the office easy to maneuver, the Embrava Desk Sign collects accurate workplace usage data at the desk-level, giving decision-makers a richer and more accurate data set to use in workplace forecasting. Desk Sign supports a variety of check-in methods including RFID cards, QR codes, BLE, NFC, and touch screen check ins.
