This app enables automation practitioners to use ServiceNow ITSM to be an event source for Event-Driven Ansible. Ansible Automation Platform users can configure ServiceNow ITSM to send events from specified tables to a webhook within an Ansible Rulebook. The user selects the ServiceNow tables to monitor and determines when to send events. The event body contains all fields of the corresponding GlideRecord. Once configured no additional user interference is needed.

Enables ServiceNow ITSM events to be sent to the Event-Driven Ansible service and allows ITSM admins to configure a webhook url from the Event-Driven Ansible controller to receive events from their ServiceNow ITSM instance. The admin also selects the ServiceNow ITSM tables to monitor and indicates when to send events. The event body contains all fields of the corresponding GlideRecord for Event-Driven Ansible's decision engine processing. Once configured no further user intervention is required.
