The SailPoint Service catalog AI Assitant app integrates ServiceNow Now Assist with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to let users request and manage access through a conversational, AI-agent experience, while continuing to use the proven workflows and integrations of the SailPoint Service Catalog for ISC backend.
The app enables users to request ISC roles, access profiles, and entitlements directly in chat, submits those requests through existing approval workflows, and tracks them in ServiceNow request records alongside portal-based requests.
- Required dependency: SailPoint Service Catalog for Identity Security Cloud app installed and operational (scope x_sap_intidn) with version 5.2
- Instance must be on at least Zuric Patch 1.
- Instance should have "Now Assist AI Agents" - (sn_aia) Plugin installed.
