The Employee feedback collection AI Agent streamlines the process of gathering employee feedback, ensuring managers receive timely, structured, and actionable input.
Persona: Manager
The agent:
- Suggests relevant collaborators of the employee using data from Employee Profile, Talent Development apps, and optional Microsoft Graph interaction insights (using the Microsoft Exchange Online spoke)
- Sends requests as EC To-Dos for the feedback providers and sends automated reminders
- Consolidates all feedback responses into a single view for easier evaluation
