The AHEAD Hatch ServiceNow data integration empowers organizations to better manage their assets by providing a trusted data source for asset and configuration data from the very beginning of the Asset lifecycle. Asset data typically hard to collate and load into ServiceNow is provided from a single integration to AHEAD Hatch, such as Asset-related purchase order and contract data. This creates a single source of record for your assets with Procurement, Shipping & Warranty information from Hatch, coupled with Ham Pro and Discovery data sets from ServiceNow.

- Disabled / Removed Legacy Guided Setup, it was outdata and is being deprecated by ServiceNow. Refer to the Install Documentation instead.
Fixes
- Fixed issue with how date/time is being set via transform maps. Unified on "Display Value". NOTE: If you are seeing incosistant dates, ensure that the "Data Loading" and "Transformation" is happening with the same "user".
- If Asset was built in Ahead Forge, MB/GB Values for disk and ram have been fixed.
- Fixed issue where asset tag was being mapped from dell Service Tag or Serial Number. Asset tags are now always mapped from asset tag if tagged by AHEAD.
- Fixed issue where PO "Ship to" was not mapping properly in some scenarios where the "shipping address" had extra info like a C/O in the first line of the address.
- Removed Query Source from Connection attributes (see feature about finalization of switch to new Asset Query)
- Fixed issue where dashboard filters were filtering on a legacy Discovery Source
- Fixed Flow Actions so they now use the Connection records URL instead of hard coded.
- Removed the demo Connection Record and Credential Record for New Installs.
Technical Features
- Updated all Script Includes delivered with app to offer "override" script includes, to help with extending functionality after install and/or debugging.
- For example, adjusting the lookup functionality of Sites, Locations and Stockrooms.
- Added new logging capabilities (replacing GSLog with AHEAD Chronolog) to allow better troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
