ServiceNow offers localization support for the entire platform, but it can be challenging to translate the portal and all of the related information (catalog and knowledge categories, catalog items, menu items, etc.) because the strings are stored in many different places within ServiceNow. Over time, those translations can become inconsistent with the base language. The NewRocket Translation Assistant helps get everything you need translated and helps maintain consistency.
