Issue certificates with ease using CertCentral Manager. The DigiCert® CertCentral® Manager application works in tandem with CertCentral, the award-winning certificate management platform from DigiCert, to provide a full certificate management workflow.
Subscribers request certificates, business owners or IT admins approve or reject, then the DigiCert API takes over and issues. Business owners and IT admins can additionally approve or reject a number of actions, like revocation requests.
With DigiCert CertCentral Manager, you can renew, reissue, and revoke certificates. Moreover, you can add custom text to emails for requesting, renewing, and revoking certificates. Also, you can enable synchronization of custom order fields with CertCentral.
Import your orders into ServiceNow from CertCentral. This allows you to renew, reissue, and revoke your imported orders within ServiceNow.
Accessible data
DigiCert CertCentral Manager offers you an immediate overview of your business’ SSL/TLS certificate landscape, thanks to our intuitive dashboards with accessible data and statuses that are available to you when you sign in.
Customize your notifications
We've added features to let you determine the cadence of your renewal notifications.
You can also inject customized messages into any of the 19 emails templates you have available.
Custom fields to organize certificate tracking
Without a dedicated certificate manager, like DigiCert CertCentral Manager, finding and tracking your SSL certificates can be both daunting and error prone. Configure required or optional fields and keep the important information with the certificate.
Turn-key installation
Installation is quick with minimal configuration and no coding. From your CertCentral account, pick up an API key and use it in ServiceNow to establish the connection to DigiCert APIs. From your ServiceNow instance, first check to see if the integration is viable, configure roles, and create your custom fields.
Delegate certificate management
We designed DigiCert CertCentral Manager with you in mind. Our goal is to minimize the time you that you spend with certificate management drudgery. When you start to use DigiCert CertCentral Manager, you delegate tasks based on each of the 3 main roles. All roles can request certificates, but not all roles can approve or reject requests:
- Subscribers request certificates.
- Business owners approve or reject certificate requests.
- IT admins approve or reject requests, add new users to roles, and create custom fields.
Avoid outages
DigiCert CertCentral Manager is easy to use, so you can do more with it, in less time, and with less headache. Use DigiCert CertCentral Manager to stay ahead of incoming certificate deadlines.
