This app automatically notifies employees and managers to submit their evaluations. Employees can complete their self-evaluation, monitor the status, and confirm evaluations using a web portal. Managers can request an update to the self-evaluations, submit manager evaluations, confirm evaluations, and monitor the status of their team self-evaluation submissions using a portal. The performance review admin can monitor the status of all evaluations by organization or manager.
