ARIES™ Interaction Manager is a fully-supported application built on the ServiceNow platform that optimizes online relationships and interactions between employees, customers, prospects, partners and suppliers.
This NOW Certified app provides a 360-degree view of your customers (internal and external), helping you execute hyper-personalized omni-channel customer journeys to drive high impact business outcomes. You can log all customer interactions (emails, calls, instant messages and on-site visits) via your service portal through a highly-customizable user interface, within the ServiceNow instance or by simply sending an email. The app also allows your team to enter customer interaction follow-ups (i.e. meetings and escalations), view existing interactions and provides detailed reporting capabilities. Interaction management tools include version control, KPI reporting and heat maps. With ARIES, you can analyze customer data and segment specific groups.

ARIES™ Interaction Manager integrates with existing applications and data sources that have APIs (REST or SOAP), allows for database access (ex. database view, JDBC connection) or can generate flat file to import (ex. Excel or CSV) including ERP, email and other digital platforms. ARIES™ Interaction Manager also works seamlessly with the NOW Certified ORION™ CRM, NOW Certified ATLAS™ and ServiceNow CSM.
