The AI Service Graph Connector for GitHub Copilot extends AI Control Tower Discovery to GitHub's Copilot agent ecosystem. Using OAuth authentication, the connector automatically discovers organizations, repositories, and supported GitHub Copilot assets that are accessible to the authenticated GitHub account.
Automatic organization and repository discovery.
The connector automatically discovers GitHub organizations accessible to the authenticated OAuth account and enumerates repositories within those organizations.Discovers supported GitHub Copilot agent types, including built-in Copilot agents, organization-managed custom agents, and repository-level custom agents.
Captures available custom agent metadata from GitHub Markdown agent profiles, including agent name, description, prompts or instructions, model configuration, tools, source organization, source repository, and agent profile path when available.
Establishes relationships between discovered agents and their associated GitHub organizations and repositories.
Account-based discovery scoping. Discovery results are determined by the permissions and access available to the authenticated OAuth account.
Configurable import schedules enable recurring discovery and inventory refresh.
Supports both GitHub Cloud and GitHub Enterprise environments through configurable GitHub service URLs.
Provides centralized visibility into GitHub Copilot agents and related GitHub resources within AI Control Tower.
