ServiceNow contains a wealth of enterprise data that is critical to the successful running of ITOps, DevOps and SecOps teams. LogScale is the most scalable and cost effective log management platform that allows customers to log everything, to answer anything. By ingesting ServiceNow data into LogScale, along with a wide range of log data from across their environments, customers get better insights and more context from their LogScale and ServiceNow data.
This ServiceNow app is designed to be used in conjunction with the ServiceNow package from the LogScale marketplace (available from within the LogScale product UI). By using this app and the LogScale package customers get useful summary dashboards in LogScale of their ServiceNow ITSM data.
In the configuration of the ServiceNow app, customers can choose what data to send to LogScale. This provides great flexibility and allows customers to send any ServiceNow data to LogScale, including incident, change, vulnerability and risk data. In LogScale, customers can edit the pre-built dashboards to reflect their own requirements and have fast search across all the ServiceNow data. Correlation searches across ServiceNow and other log data ingested to LogScale allows customers to detect and respond to security incidents faster and with greater context, allows ITOps teams to perform rapid troubleshooting and root cause analysis and allows DevOps teams to have complete observability across their code and supporting systems.
