Sales Cart simplifies the ordering process for business-to-business (B2B) customers by letting them create carts, add product offerings, and convert them into orders during checkout. It also provides the ability to download or delete carts. This streamlined process improves efficiency and delivers a faster, more intuitive buying experience.
Sales Cart provides the following abilities to your customers:
- Add product offerings in a cart from the product catalog
- Edit/delete the cart line items
- Add instructions on a cart
- Download a cart and view details for product offerings and quantities
- Delete a cart in case the cart is no longer required
- Navigate to Checkout page from Cart or return to catalog page to add more items to existing cart
- View the default activities tied to the Sales Cart
- Terms and Conditions
- Customer needs to accept the terms and conditions to be able to proceed further
- Shipping
- Customer reviews the shipping and billing addresses and edits the address if needed
- Review
- Customer reviews the Shipping and Billing Addresses
- Customer also reviews the final pricing details
- Submit the cart to create an order
- Order status is "New"
- Order header and Order lines are displayed
- Additional sub-tab displays the instructions added on cart
- Terms and Conditions
