The Laptop Refresh Initiative streamlines the technology update process with examples that help organizations guide employees with step-by-step campaign content and information. This is a sample use case of how IT can work with HR to leverage some advanced features and an employee focus while making changes to the technologies employees use every day.
The purpose of Employee Experience Packs is to help explain the power and ease of configuration of ServiceNow to support complex processes and use cases while providing a great experience. The Employee Experience Packs strive to leverage as many of the advanced features of the system, in support of the specific use case, to demonstrate capabilities new customers/users of the system may not be aware exist. The packs are not intended as direct-install processes ready to leverage in a production process flow, but simply to remove anxiety about where to start, or answer the question “what can a good process look like with all the features of ServiceNow?”
Leverage targeted communications to deliver phase rollouts to employee populations based on job location.
The Laptop Refresh Initiative consists of campaign and sample knowledge content, in addition to an HR service for accelerating time-to-value of this use case.
Please note that version 2.1.0 of this Experience Pack is officially compatible with the San Diego release only.
