Workplace Central provides a unified experience for workplace managers and other key personas such as space planners, move managers, and maintenance planners to strategize, plan, and maintain the workplace more efficiently.
Space optimization:
- Create open and restricted neighborhoods and assign employees to them and manage space assignments through floor map.
- Build multiple space scenarios and visualize them based on their assignments, cost centers, or departments to optimize spaces.
- Adjust space scenarios by drag and dropping items on the plan to glean overall utilization and unallocated space.
- Easily identify unassigned and flexible spaces using the floor map view. Assign users directly, change a space's assignment type, and view space details by directly selecting the space on the floor.
Lease administration:
- Create and track workplace contracts
- Get notified about expiring contracts
- Track services provided as part of the contract
- Track locations that are part of the contract
- Maintain list of assets that are part of the contract
- Manage contract documents
Preventive maintenance:
- Create preventive maintenance plans for enterprise assets and workplace locations. The latter can be used to do maintenance planning for soft services like house-keeping.
- View preventive maintenance cases, as an outcome of preventive maintenance planning, in the overview tab. The overview tab is a focus area for maintenance planners and maximize the information in one viewport.
- Assess preventive and corrective maintenance cases for the current month in the personalized landing page for maintenance planners.
Move Management:
- Track move cases and associated tasks seamlessly with the move management module.
- Utilize the Move Scheduler, a visual move planning tool, to group move cases into projects and create an organized and logical plan for bulk moves.
Reservation Management:
- Equip planners and space managers with information on how spaces are being used.
- Optimize space reservations by manually changing the start date and time, or location.
- Manage reservations quickly and easily on behalf of employees.
