ServiceNow Voice is the central framework that works with the Amazon Connect Integration for ServiceNow Voice and other call center providers. It also integrates with ITSM/CSM applications to create voice-enabled employee experience, enhance agent productivity, and provide management with reporting insights and coaching opportunities.
This framework serves as the backbone for integrating call center providers with ServiceNow.
