The Xactly Commission Agent enables Sellers to get clear answers to commission questions and raise compensation disputes directly in ServiceNow. Using Now Assist, users can ask questions in natural language and receive consistent responses sourced from Xactly through a secure MCP-based integration.
In case the sales representative does not agree with the commission numbers that they were paid, the application automatically creates and tracks a Compensation Dispute in ServiceNow, capturing relevant context and reducing manual effort. Sellers can later check dispute status through the same conversational experience, while Compensation Support teams manage resolution using standard ServiceNow workflows.
This solution improves transparency, reduces administrative overhead, and provides a scalable foundation for AI-driven compensation support within ServiceNow.
