Integration
Integrate Claroty CTD with the ServiceNow® Operational Technology Manager application to import sites, detected devices by each site, connections (or baselines), and installed programs.
- Import devices from Claroty CTD Sites and take advantage of metadata assignment capabilities.
- Users can be restricted from accessing detected OT devices on a per-industrial site basis.
- OT devices detected by Claroty CTD Sites with validated records will be imported and assigned localized, contextual metadata (like location and support groups) automatically.
- Connection (or baseline) details of detected communication between OT devices are imported as relationships that can be used to understand the context of any OT device.
- Supports importing of installed programs on each device.
- Support for importing OT-specific attributes, including zone and Purdue Level, to define the different levels of critical infrastructure.
- Embedded OT Control Modules are created with relationships to the parent OT Control System, which can also be used to understand the context.
- Automatically discovers and imports OT/ICS assets from Claroty CTD into the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Supports import of Sites, Devices, Baselines, Installed Programs, and NIDS.
- Includes Guided Setup, configurable import schedules, API pagination controls, asset type and Purdue Level filtering, and a built-in troubleshooting/validation job.
- Data from additional sources like ServiceNow Discovery can be reconciled in the multisource CMDB.
- ServiceNow® Operational Technology (OT) Certified.
Version 2.2.0
This is a major release representing the transfer of application ownership from ServiceNow (legacy scope: sn_clarotyctdsgc) to Claroty (new scope: x_claro_ctd_sgc).
Customers migrating from the legacy connector should use the provided migration script to deactivate legacy scheduled jobs and carry over customized system property values.
No functional changes have been made to connector behavior. All existing capabilities are preserved under the new scope.
