This effort can be very time consuming, involve various team members, and require back and forth communication. Missing evidence or failure to comply within the given time frame can lead to heavy fines and additional oversight. Asset Audit Response, as part of IT Asset Management for Financial Services, is a feature that helps asset managers respond to, track, and manage audit evidence requests to drive compliance, gain visibility into regulatory requirements, and reduce risk impact.
- Access to the Audit Workspace (part of the Risk module) to help compliance managers collaborate with asset managers
- Access to regulatory requirements from the Audit Workspace
- Access to the Asset Governance Workspace, where asset managers can track and manage evidence requests
- Asset Audit Response guided experience
- Remediation rules and tasks to help identify data gaps prior to evidence submission

- View the complete detailed reports associated with evidence records that have an Evidence type of Data Visualization or Report. Use each report to gain comprehensive insight into the supporting information or data that you want to collect and submit for an evidence request.
