The Service Dashboard monitors services within your ITOM Health environment, allowing you to review service status and quickly identify those at risk of suboptimal performance. With visibility into impacting alerts, the dashboard enables you to drill down into each alert form for detailed information, helping you address issues promptly.
You can adjust the display of services in the following ways:
- Filter services: View only the specific types of services you want to see.
- Group services: Group services by severity, business criticality, location, or service group.
- Sort services: Sort the service groups for more efficient viewing of your filtered groups. Sorting creates subgroups within the specified Group by filter.
- View services impacted by a specific alert: Select an alert to display only the services impacted by it.
- View alerts associated with a specific service: Select a service to view:
- Number and severity of primary alerts.
- Alerts with the highest level of urgency.
- A list of alerts in Service Operations Workspace associated with the service.
Additionally, you can configure the Service Dashboard to remain logged in for up to 24 hours.
