The Service Dashboard monitors services within your ITOM AIOps environment, allowing you to review service status and quickly identify those at risk of suboptimal performance. With visibility into impacting alerts, it enables you to drill down into each alert for detailed information, helping you address issues promptly.
You can adjust the display of services in the following ways:
- Filter services: Show only the types of services you want to see.
- Group services: Organize services by severity, business criticality, location, or service group.
- Sort services: Arrange service groups for easier viewing of your filtered results. Sorting creates subgroups within the selected Group by category.
- View services impacted by a specific alert: Select an alert to display only the services affected by it.
- View alerts associated with a specific service: Select a service to view:
- Number and severity of primary alerts.
- Alerts with the highest level of urgency.
- A list of alerts in Service Operations Workspace associated with the service.
Additionally, you can configure the Service Dashboard to stay logged in for up to 24 hours.
