Meeting Scheduler Plus extends the meeting management experience with structured agenda and follow-up tracking. Customer Success Managers can now plan, track, and triage every aspect of a customer meeting — before, during, and after — without losing context between sessions. This release replaces the freeform agenda text field with per-item records, and introduces a dedicated capture layer for unresolved follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks post-meeting.
Structured Agenda Items — Build a meeting agenda as individual records, each with a state (Planned / Discussed / Deferred), presenter, allotted time, and a decision field. Know exactly what was covered and what wasn't in every session.
Meeting Next Steps — Capture unresolved follow-ups immediately after a meeting as Next Step records. Each is tracked with an owner, due date, and status — nothing is written as a committed action item until a triage decision is made.
Convert or Drop triage flow — Every Next Step is resolved one of two ways: converted into a real action item (linking it to the existing meeting record) or explicitly dropped. Converting a Next Step creates the corresponding meeting association record automatically.
Direct list access — Both Agenda Items and Next Steps are accessible from the All menu under Touchpoint Meeting, so CSMs can manage them without navigating through individual meeting records.
Consistent permissions — Meeting creators (CSMs, Directors, Onboarding Agents) automatically have access to both new tables through their existing meeting creator role — no separate role assignment needed.
The October release introduces structured meeting agenda and follow-up tracking, replacing freeform text fields with purpose-built records that are easier to act on and report against.
What's new:
- Meeting Agenda Items — capture each agenda topic as its own record with state (Planned / Discussed / Deferred), allotted time, presenter, and decision. Replaces the single freeform agenda text field.
- Meeting Next Steps — capture unresolved follow-ups from a meeting in structured records. Each Next Step is later triaged: converted into an action item or dropped. Only a conversion writes to the meeting's association record.
Upgrade & opt-in: A new plugin (app-meeting-sch-plus) deploys alongside the existing meeting management app. No existing meeting records are changed. Teams not using meeting management are unaffected.
We need meeting managment as dependency to be used
