Service Operations Workspace Admin Center is part of the Service Operations Workspace Core bundle. This application contains the Service Operations Workspace Admin Center which surfaces the landing page and other configurations for Service Operations Workspace.
Service Operations Workspace Admin Console provides you a simple UI to configure the content and information that is surfaced to your agents on the landing pages. It also surfaces additional application capabilities that can be enabled to enhance your agent workspaces.
