Provides capabilities to optimize clinician time by enabling them to submit service requests from within their electronic medical record (EMR) system and automating and routing such requests to the right teams.
- Manage the service request intake via a dedicated service portal that can be embedded within the EMR system (such as Epic's Hyperdrive)
- Create any type of ServiceNow requests by using the flexible data model of the application
- Enrich ServiceNow requests by automatically fetching configured EMR variables (such as workstation ID, Server, and Patient MRN)
