This application enables integrating Financial Services Operations with Verifi's Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN) to support launching pre-dispute cases within the issuer dispute workflow. It assists in deflecting chargebacks with predefined subflows for eligibility checks, case creation, and periodic polling, and enables resolution within Verifi's standard 72-hour window.
- Runs a real‑time eligibility inquiry before creating any Verifi case.
- Creates a CDRN case directly from the dispute flow, and stores the Verifi Case ID for lifecycle tracking and downstream actions (retrieve/update/close).
- Supports single-case lookup and bulk retrieval of CDRN cases to keep ServiceNow in sync with Verifi.
- Includes predefined subflows for Visa & Mastercard.
