Overview

ZCC is introducing two distinct subscription tiers to better align connector access with customer needs. Customers can now choose between ZCC - Primary and ZCC - Advanced based on the scope of connectors required for their use case.

What's New

ZCC - Primary includes access to all Primary connectors, production-grade, fully supported connectors built and maintained by ServiceNow. This tier is suited for customers focused on core enterprise data sources with the highest reliability and support standards.

ZCC - Advanced includes everything in ZCC - Primary, plus access to all Community connectors. Community connectors extend coverage to a broader range of data sources and are ideal for customers who need flexibility beyond the Primary connector catalog.
